The building was finished over the course of several years of work by engineer Soldiers.
Completing troop projects at the installation is very important, according to Fort McCoy's Directorate of Public Works.
The projects help troops get the training they need, and the post benefits from the work they do, such as improving Fort McCoy training ranges and quality-of-life programs.
Located in the heart of the upper Midwest, Fort McCoy is the only U.S. Army installation in Wisconsin.
The installation has provided support and facilities for the field and classroom training of more than 100,000 military personnel from all services each year since 1984.
