SGM George Camarena joined as the guest speaker of the BLC and gave a speech for the graduating students and their family members regarding the career progress and future of the Soldiers. SSG Bess, NCOA BLC SGL, graduated from BSNCOC class 002-20 as the Destinguished Honor Graduate.
