2nd Lt. Lara Way is a Health Professions Scholarship Program recipient. The former Augusta University track star comes from a family of service. Her father, Maj.(Ret) Peter Way, is a nurse and an OIF and OEF veteran. Now his daughter is following in his footsteps as a dental student at the Dental College of Georgia.
