Camp Pendleton and Family Housing leadership met with service members and their families during a Family Housing Brief to discuss military housing information and concerns at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Oct. 4.

The brief was intended to provide base housing residents an opportunity to meet with Family Housing leadership, learn about new Department of the Navy/Public Private Venture housing initiatives, develop a better understanding of the organization and an open space for any questions or concerns.

“This is a good opportunity to pass new initiatives that are coming down the chain because of recent events.” explained Bob Marshall, the director of Family Housing, during the brief.

During the one hour brief, Marshall addressed residents’ concerns and provided updates on upcoming housing initiatives. Marshall also asked those in attendance to continue to work with the housing office on ways to improve their overall base housing experience.

“If there is something we could do better, or if there is something that you know is happening in a home, please let us know,” said Marshall.
