CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait – The 1st Theater Sustainment Command will host a transfer of authority ceremony between the 184th Sustainment Command, Mississippi Army National Guard, Monticello, Miss., and the 103d Sustainment Command, U.S. Army Reserve, Des Moines, Iowa, on September 3, 2019, at 10 a.m. Kuwait, 2 a.m. Central.

Deployed to Kuwait in December 2018, the 184th serves as the 1st Theater Sustainment Command's Operational Command Post, responsible for executing day to day mission command of more than 23,000 Soldiers, civilians, and contractors while sustaining four named operations across a theater that spans 20 nations, 18 languages, 22 ethnic groups, and 550 million people.
