244th CAB's Command Sgt. Major Rogelio A. James Jr. hosted a Town hall-style Question and Answer session with junior enlisted and junior non-commissioned officers from battalions within Task Force Warhawk. at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, June 11, 2019.
In its role providing full spectrum aviation support in the Middle East and part of Southwest Asia, TF Warhawk is made up of Soldiers from the each of the Army's Components: the Army Reserve , the National Guard and the Regular Army.
During the event, CSM James sought feedback and questions from the the multi-component Soldiers in order to gain perspective about some of their most pressing concerns. Soldiers also had the opportunity to meet and ask questions from TF Warhawk's Equal Opportunity Advisor, the brigade's Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention Advisor and the brigade's Senior Human Resources Non-commissioned Officer.
As Soldiers mark two months into their deployment, CSM James noted that “the Army is at its best when it works and fights as one team, and with the challenges ahead, the Army Values will serve them well.”
