2016 training with 1st Battalion, 121st Field Artillery Regiment at Fort McCoy

Soldiers with the 1st Battalion, 121st Field Artillery Regiment of the Wisconsin National Guard trained on the M240 machine gun Sept. 28, 2016, on Range 26 at Fort McCoy, Wis.

The training was part of Battery Marksmanship Improvement Training coordinated by the unit.

Fort McCoy has supported America’s armed forces since 1909.

The post’s varied terrain, state-of-the-art ranges, new as well as renovated facilities, and extensive support infrastructure combine to provide military personnel with an environment in which to develop and sustain the skills necessary for mission success.
