SMA Daniel A. Dailey, the Sergeant Major of the Army, talks about the Blended Retirement System. SMA Dailey encourages members of the military to learn more about the Blended Retirement System, and the possible ways it could benefit them once they reach retirement age. In doing so they will be better prepared to make decisions on what actions they can and should take before the deadline to enroll arrives on 31 December 2018.
