Naval Medical Center Portsmouth’s (NMCP) First Class Petty Officers Association (FCPOA) hosted the annual Harvest Festival on Oct. 19. Tables were set up throughout the main areas of the medical center and staff-donated candy that was collected for the past month was handed out to trick-or-treaters, and activities were offered in the Galley.
