We have expanded our training plan to include courses focused on enhancing our analytical skills. These courses, presented by the Naval Postgraduate School, include:
• Risk Management
• Multi-Criteria Decision Making
• Introduction to Budgeting
• Human Capital Resource Management

Other changes of note in the CP26 ACTEDS Plan include:
• Changing the PPBE training source from ALMS to the Army Finance School, and
• Encouraging FM certification in order to broaden our resource management skills
