316th MSE Soldiers participate in an Equal Opportunity Observance in honor of Woman's History Month on 23 March 2017 in Coraopolis, Pa. The event focused on the 2017 Department of Defense theme, "Honoring Trailblazing Women in Business and Labor" with two keynote speakers - Brig. Gen. Deborah Kotulich, Commander of the capable and combat ready 143rd ESC and Mrs. Rebecca Harris, Director at the Center for Women's Entrepreneurship at Chatham University. Soldiers also had the opportunity to gain personal insight from an open question and answer session with the guest speakers.
