REIDSVILLE, Ga. (Sept. 23, 2016) -- 3rd Infantry Division Soldiers marched in the 13th annual Wiregrass Festival in Reidsville, Georgia, Sept.23.
Charlie Company, 3rd Battalion, 15th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Inf. Div., along with the 3rd Inf. Div. color guard and band, attended the festival to show their support to Reidsville and the surrounding communities.
Visitors lined the streets to see the parade named after wiregrass, a thin, tall grass native to the Southern Georgia region.
The town showed its patriotism with high-flying American flags on buildings as children saluted and thanked Soldiers for their service.
