Monthly rent includes 24-hour emergency maintenance, pet-friendly community, trash and recycling, seasonal front and side lawn care, free use of community center amenities, resident events, and basic utilities.
Select 4 bedroom, 2 bath homes in the Venable Village community rent for $1,158, with utilities included up to an established baseline. Twelve-month leases are available. A security deposit is required, with the amount based on the applicant’s credit score.
