What: The 490th Signal Company (Tactical Installation Network – Enhanced) will hold a change of command ceremony. The outgoing commander is Capt. Emile Hawkins Jr. (from New Orleans, La.), and the incoming commander is 1st Lt. Mikhail Khusid (from Beachwood, Ohio).

When: Sunday, Oct. 5, 2014 at 1 p.m.

Where: Blacklick Ohio Reserve Center, which is located at 765 Taylor Station Road, Blacklick, Ohio, 43004.

· The 490th SC (TIN) is a relatively new Army Reserve unit that stood up in Columbus, Ohio less than four years ago.

· They deployed to Afghanistan from July 2013 to June 2014.
