WASHINGTON - WHO: Chief, Army Electronic Warfare Division Col. Charles "Jim" Ekvall was selected to participate in a panel discussion at the 50th Annual Association of Old Crows International Symposium and Convention.
WHAT: The Electromagnetic Spectrum/Electronic Warfare Battle Management Initiatives panel will have five panelists including Ekvall. The panel will discuss the evolution of operations within the electromagnetic spectrum. Ekvall will focus primarily on cyber electromagnetic activities (CEMA).
