LAS MARIAS, El Salvador - First Lt. Jordan Rollins with the Delaware National Guard comments on his experiences building schools in El Salvador

Delaware Army National Guard civil engineers with the 160th Engineer Company pour the cement foundation on a primary school in Las Marias, El Salvador. They are deployed with task force jaguar in support of exercise beyond the horizon 2013. Beyond the horizon is a U.S. Southern Command-sponsored, Army South-Led, joint-foreign military interaction and humanitarian exercise that started in late march and goes to late June 2013.
