KABUL, Afghanistan - Kabul based media representatives are cordially invited to attend a joint Press Conference to launch “We Believe in Balloons” an international campaign to share 10,000 pink balloons with the citizens of Kabul this spring. The campaign exists in 14 languages and hopes to engage thousands of people from around the world in dialogs about art, peace, and community.
