Air Mobility Command announces 2011 Media Contest winners

SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. -- Journalists, photographers, broadcasters and others from throughout Air Mobility Command were honored, Feb. 6, with the announcement of the 2011 AMC Media Contest results.

"It is with great pleasure that we announce the command winners," said Lt. Col. Glen Roberts, AMC director of public affairs, in a message to commanders. "This year's awards highlighted the contributions of the many great airmen, NCOs, senior NCOs, officers and civilians in our career field who do a great job telling the AMC story every day through print, photography, broadcasting and graphics."

Following are the AMC award winners in each category of the media contest:

Air Mobility Command Print Journalist of the Year:
