PANAMA CITY– As part of Host Nation Disaster Response, U.S. Southern Command donated resources, including Mobile Hospital Modules, to strengthen local capabilities. The mass casualty exercise, led by Panamania and supported by the U.S., served as a proof of concept for enhancing the effectiveness of future PANAMAX exercises.
