Joint Force Headquarters - Pennsylvania National Guard

Did you know Pennsylvania has an Air Force and you can get paid generously to be a part of it while serving part-time? Not only is the Pennsylvania Air National Guard the third largest and one of the best in the nation, but thanks to a groundbreaking new bonus program, it’s now hiring with Non-Prior Service enlistment bonuses of up to $50,000 for dynamic, highly critical career fields like Tactical Air Control Party (TACP), Aircraft Maintenance, Fuels, and Weather.

This new program comes in addition to the PAANG’s pre-existing benefits such as Tuition Assistance, Community College of the Air Force, Post 9/11 & Montgomery GI Bill, and more.

Started in March, this program targets prior service, non-prior service members, and those selected for retention, by offering a customized career-driven approach to meet the diverse needs of all three Pennsylvania units, located primarily in Philadelphia, Harrisburg, and Pittsburgh.

“That means you can live right here in Pennsylvania, work here, study here and serve here all while getting a free college education and the highest bonuses ever offered,” said Maj. Gen. Michael Regan, Pennsylvania National Guard Deputy Adjutant General – Air. “Being able to serve your communities, commonwealth and country all in the place you live is part of what makes the opportunity with Pennsylvania’s Air Force one of the best kept secrets.”

But with record-setting incentives, Pennsylvania’s Airmen are hopeful this secret gets out.

“Potential and current members are encouraged to contact their local Pennsylvania Air National Guard recruiter to explore these amazing bonus opportunities,” said Master Sgt. Jordan Parrish, Pennsylvania State Flight Chief. “This initiative offers a very unique chance to serve in Pennsylvania’s Air Force all while receiving substantial compensation for your skills and contributions.”

Interested parties shouldn’t wait to visit their nearest recruiting office to learn more about how they can benefit from this program, said Parrish. Once these positions are filled, the opportunities for such bonuses and career fields may never be seen again.
