U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Tulsa District today announced that the park at the Appalachia Bay recreation area on Keystone Lake will be closed beginning Oct. 30, 2023, and will remain closed until further notice. The closure will allow for construction on park upgrades.

Other parks on Keystone will remain open for public use. Those parks are Brush Creek, Cowskin Bay South, and Washington Irving South. The Whitewater ATV area will be open for use.

Thank you for your patience as we work to upgrade the facilities at Appalachia Bay. For additional information contact the Keystone Lake Project Office at 918-865-2621.
