Strobino, guest speaker for the event, shared his story of being shot 13 times by an enemy solider in 2006 while serving with the U.S. Army in Iraq and his subsequent recovery. ARNOLD AIR FORCE BASE, Tenn. – Dinner, dancing, dapper duds and elegant attire were the order of the evening Sept. 9 as the Arnold Air Force Base Company Grade Officers’ Council hosted the Arnold Engineering Development Complex Air Force Ball at the Manchester/Coffee County Conference Center. The ball was held to coincide with the 76th birthday of the U.S. Air Force.
