WIESBADEN, Germany — “Walk-in services are still available,” Spc. Sabrina Velasquez, a behavioral health specialist at the Wiesbaden Behavioral Health Clinic, said. “Every day we have two providers: one in the morning and one in the afternoon to see walk-in patients.”
Behavioral health specialists are still available for those who are in quarantine or self-isolation but still need their services.
“Currently, behavioral health specialists are scheduling appointments and making sure phone numbers are correct for patients that will be contacted via phone for his or her appointment,” Velasquez said.
Whether on quarantine, self-isolation or not, Velasquez recommends contacting the office via phone unless it is an emergency to help adhere to social distancing guidelines.
“Because some patients are at higher risk for hurting themselves or others and/or have been discharged from an inpatient treatment facility, the clinic is seeing those patients in person,” Velasquez said. “If a person wants to schedule an appointment and that person is within our current population that we can see, please call the office — do not come in person unless it is a crisis.”
The Wiesbaden Behavioral Health Clinic is located in the Wiesbaden Army Health Clinic in Building 1526 on Clay Kaserne, and can be contacted at DSN 590-1320 or 06371-9464-1320.
