USO New Year’s Chairman’s Tour visits Poland

POZNAŃ, Poland- Powidz, Poland, hosted the USO 2020 New Years Chairman’s Tour on January 8. Soldiers from throughout Poland as well as service members from Poland were on hand to enjoy a variety of entertainers.

On hand were comedians Matt Walsh, Scot Armstrong and Brad Morris. Also visiting the troops in Poland were athletes Adam Eaton, Aaron Barrett, Ilima-Lea Macfarlane and Felice Herrig. Finally, for musical entertainment there was DJ J.Dayz and LOCASH.

The USO sponsors several events globally throughout the year. Their focus is to bring a bit of home to those Soldiers who are unable to be with their friends and family during holidays.
The Soldiers are in Poland in support of the Atlantic Resolve training mission.
