Fort McCoy Army Community Service (ACS) Director Kevin Herman welcomed members of the Fort McCoy (Wis.) community as his office celebrated ACS’ 54th birthday July 25, 2019, at McCoy’s Community Center with a cake-cutting ceremony.
Command Sgt. Maj. Paul Mantha, garrison command sergeant major, and Garrison Deputy Commander Lt. Col. Sheila Coker, attended the ceremony along with dozens of other people.

Located in the heart of the upper Midwest, Fort McCoy is the only U.S. Army installation in Wisconsin.
The installation has provided support and facilities for the field and classroom training of more than 100,000 military personnel from all services each year since 1984.
