The Arkansas National Guard’s Recruiting and Retention Battalion will host the 2017 Guard Experience to bolster community relations, inform potential recruits of opportunities and benefits of joining the Arkansas Army National Guard on Thursday, November 16, 2017. 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

The event will be held at the Arkansas National Guard Armory. 1408 S. 1st St., Rogers, AR.
Potential recruits and members of the community can come and familiarize themselves with military equipment, experience a Night Vision Goggle obstacle course, participate in military 1st aid medical demonstrations and training, interact with military based computer simulation training as well as acquaint themselves with military vehicles, weapons and other equipment essential to today’s ready and relevant National Guard force.
Specialists will be on location to provide potential recruits with additional information on the enlistment process and the new 100% state tuition assistance offered solely to members of the Arkansas National Guard.
Information on a wide variety of military occupations will be available to those with questions. Free food and prizes will be given away throughout the event.
