BOSSIER CITY, La. – The Louisiana National Guard's 1087th Transportation Company, which has detachments in Jena and Jonesville, La., completed annual training June 14, along with the rest of the 165th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, at Camp Beauregard, La.
As part of that training they completed the Leadership Reaction Course, which consists of tasks the soldiers must solve as a team.
"The LRC helps our soldiers learn to think on their feet and to trust their teammates in unfamiliar situations," said Capt. David L. Bourgeois, the rear-detachment commander of the 165th.
