"My passion for barbequing began after I bought my first smoker when I was stationed in Okinawa, Japan. I barbeque everything: ribs, chicken, brisket, pulled pork. If it can be smoked, I smoke it. My favorite thing to barbeque is ribs because I have my own special process. Whenever my friends and I get together, I'm the guy on the grill. Right now, I have a catering business and compete in barbeque competitions nationwide, but my goal is to open up a restaurant in Japan after I retire."
