Kimberly Cockrell – Victims Services Specialist, MADD:
“You know, I feel like a lot of people’s lives can be changed and possibly saved by hearing her story. And since she’s no longer here, then I’m kind of her vessel.” 09:19 SECS

ACCORDING TO MRS. COCKRELL, THE DECISIONS YOU MAKE TODAY CAN AFFECT YOU FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.

Kimberly Cockrell – Victims Services Specialist, MADD:
“You all have choices to make. Every single one of you. The honor that you have for yourself and for your country would be better served. Just make the right choices. I’m not telling you not to drink. I’m telling you not to drink and drive.” 14:22 SECS
