FORT HOOD, Texas – U.S. Army Garrison Fort Hood will host a change of responsibility ceremony 10 a.m. March 21 in the III Corps Headquarters Building here.
During the ceremony, Command Sgt. Maj. Michael Cosper, senior noncommissioned officer advisor of the Garrison, will transfer his responsibilities to Command Sgt. Maj. Antonio Leija Jr.
