    KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany - Sgt. Cesar Sanchez, a bio-medical equipment sergeant with the 8th Medical Logistics Company, 30th Medical Brigade, and a native of El Paso, Texas, is this week's 21st Theater Sustainment Command Warrior of the Week.

    Questions and Answers

    Q: How long have you been doing your job?
    A: I've been doing my job for eight years, one month.

    Q: What are your goals?
    A: I would like to become a chief warrant officer (CW4).

    Q: What are your hobbies?
    A: I enjoy watching new series on Netflix.

    Q: What do you like most about the Army?
    A: I love the brotherhood.

    Q: What would you change about the military service life?
    A: I would like the service life to continue to become more and more family friendly, and I think they need to either bring back or modernize certain benefits.

    Q: Describe your military career.
    A: I have been lucky to be stationed and serve at great places across the globe.

    Q: What do you like most about being stationed in Germany?
    A: I love the traveling and the food.

    Q: What is your favorite movie genre?
    A: I enjoy action movies and comedies.

    Q: What are you most proud of?
    A: I am proud to have both of my parents support me throughout all of life’s difficulties. I am also proud when I see other soldiers succeed.

    Q: If you were stranded on a deserted island, what three things would you want with you?
    A: I would want to have pictures of my family, my journal and the necklace that my Grandmother gave to me.

    Q: Name someone who has influenced or inspired you during your military career and explain why.
    A: Master Sgt. Thomas, my first NCOIC in Korea had a strong influence on my career. I loved his leading methods and his passion for soldiers. Being around him every day for about six months gave me assurance that the military is a life commitment for me.

    Q: If you could meet one individual, alive or dead, who would it be and why?
    A: I would like to meet Will Smith or Kevin Hart. I think I am a funny guy. (Well, I make myself laugh, so that counts for something). They have been inspirational on my personality. I love to joke and have fun, and I think it would be a great time if we all got in a room together.
