    MAMARONECK, N.Y. - New York National Guard troops will be holding a session of Gov. Andrew Cuomo's Citizen Preparedness Training Program at Rye Neck High School here at 6:30 p.m. this evening.

    WHAT: New York National Guard troops will be conducting a session of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo's Citizen Preparedness Training Program. The event is expected to last approximately two hours.
    WHEN: 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 28, 2015.
