FORT HOOD, Texas – In the court-martial of U.S. v. Sgt. 1st Class Gregory McQueen on March 12, Military Judge Lt. Col. Rebecca Connally determined McQueen was guilty of having committed the following offenses.
Four specifications of Article 80 (attempt to pander)
Three specifications of Article 81 (Conspiracy to patronize/soliciting a prostitute)
Three specifications of Article 92 (Failure to obey a lawful order/dereliction of duty)
Two specifications of Article 93 (Cruelty and Maltreatment)
Three specifications of Article 134 (Adultery/pandering and prostitution)
McQueen was also charged for one specification of Article 128, assault consummated by a battery, which was tried on the merits as he did not plead guilty to this particular offense.
Connally also announced that McQueen was guilty of this offense.
The sentence adjudged in McQueen’s court-martial was a reduction to the grade of E-1, 24 months confinement and a dishonorable discharge.
Upon completion of the post-trial review process, the convening authority will review the case and may approve the sentence.
