Training to be Conducted in Russian
BROOKLYN, N.Y. - New York National Guard troops will be holding a session of Gov. Andrew Cuomo's Citizen Preparedness Training Program at the Shorefront YMCA here at 10 a.m. this morning. The training will be translated into Russian.

WHAT: New York National Guard troops will be conducting a session of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo's Citizen Preparedness Training Program. The event is expected to last approximately two hours.
