Accomplishments:
Staff Sgt. Nicole Walker, 380th Expeditionary Operations Support Squadron air traffic controller, is one of the initial cadre for a program to switch from contracted air traffic controllers to active duty Air Force members.
She has begun developing a program to ensure air traffic control publications are within regulations of the new air traffic control operations.
Walker has also led an effort to brief nine airmen on air traffic control operations promoting retention through retraining.
