Triathlete, Michael Sliwa, peddles his way through the nine-mile bike portion to the Quantico Triathlon on Marine Corps Base Quantico, Aug. 18, 2013. Triathletes participated in the first Quantico Triathlon which included a 400 meter pool swim, followed by a nine-mile bike race and finished with a 5 kilometer run.
