Marines assigned to the Marine Corps 2nd Fleet Anti-terrorism Support Team board an SH-60 Seahawk to fast-rope onto the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Patuxent during a training exercise designed to simulate a visit, board, search, and seizure operation utilizing skills and techniques developed during the two-week Phoenix Express 2008 exercise. PE-08 is the third annual exercise in a long-term effort to improve regional cooperation and maritime security.
