Personnel from Vietnam, the crew of the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19), public health/preventive medicine personnel and medical personnel from the United States military as well as partner nations and non-governmental organizations will partner to bring medical humanitarian civic assistance to those in the region.
