A military vehicle rushes by recording equipment set up to collect all sound data emitted from the truck during Acoustic Week Aug. 6 at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. The event is a three-week project hosted by the 46th Test Squadron and Project Chicken Little. It is a cost-shared opportunity between the government and customers to collect specific and general sound data from ground and aerial vehicles. The event began July 29 and ends Aug. 15.
