Construction Mechanic 2nd Class Ralph Manzie, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, based out of Gulfport, Miss., plays with a child at St. Francis of Notre Dame Orphanage, June 26. Members from Manzi's church, Gulf Coast Universal Unitarian Fellowship donated more than 50 flip-flops. Manzie and other volunteers deployed to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa also donated toys to the orphans.
