Senior Airman Kyle Zastrow, 386th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron, performs an elbow weld while Senior Airman Isa Holland, 386th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron, observes his work here, July 12, 2013. Zastrow is using a metal inert gas welder and being trained on welding which is not normal work for his Air Force specialty code. Holland is his trainer and will provide guidance on several aspects of his job during their deployment. Both are members of the combat metals shop which is utilizing two different AFSCs for a broader capability. Zastrow is deployed out of the 107th Airlift Wing, Niagara Falls, N.Y., and Holland is deployed out of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. (U.S. Air Force photo by Master Sgt.
