Col. Patrick Gramuglia, former commanding officer of Marine Aircraft Group 16, shakes the hand of Maj. Gen. Gramuglia relinquished his duties to Col. Anthony Bianca, who came from the previous command of Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 261.
