A soldier from the Armed Forces of the Philippines carries a 100-pound bag of rice to a helicopter assigned to the "Black Knights" of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron 4 to be delivered with other food and water to the village of Altavas on the Philippine Island of Panay. Aircrews assigned to the Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group have been assisting disaster relief efforts in the wake of Typhoon Fengshen for more than six days.
