Rear Admiral Harris, Commander U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. Fourth Fleet sits on the bridge of USNS Spearhead Joint high Speed Vessel (JHSV) 1 while touring the ship Feb. 14 aboard Naval Station Mayport. Harris was given the tour by Captain Douglas D. Casavant, Jr. United States Merchant Marine, Master USNS Spearhead. . JHSV 1 is a versatile, non-combatant, transport ship that will be used for fast intra-theater transportation of troops, military vehicles and equipment.
