Electronics Technician 3rd Class Nicole Carr, a native of Kenosha, Wis., and attached to USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62), provides some motivation to her fellow parade participants during the Aomori-City Nebuta Festival Parade, Aug. 6, 2013. Fitzgerald is currently on a port call in the northern-Japan city of Aomori, and its sailors were invited to take part in the city's annual parade.
