Sergeant Carlos Camachorojas, parachute rigger and delivery specialist, 1st Reconnaissance Battalion, performs burpees with his teammates during a combat conditioning exercise, "Animal Kingdom," as part of the Martial Arts Instructor Course at Edson Range here, July 30, 2013. Camachorojas, a native of Mesa, Ariz., said the exercise was the most challenging physical training he received during the three-week course. Teammates completed exercises while an individual Marine crawled and jumped through a square circuit. All Marines had to rotate through the circuit multiple times before the session ended, meaning teammates relied on each other to complete the course quickly.
