S. Army North (Fifth Army) lead Vibrant Response 13-2 training exercise Aug. 1 at Muscatatuck Unit Training Center, Muscatatuck, Ind. All personnel who enter a chemical agent incident site are required to decontaminate themselves prior to receiving medical assistance or entering what is considered a cleared area.
