    Two U.S. Soldiers assigned to the 52nd Weapons of Mass Destruction-Civil Support Team, Ohio National Guard collect samples to detect chemical, radiological or nuclear incidents during a scenario as part of the Vibrant Response 13-2 training exercise at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center in Butlerville, Ind., July 31, 2013. Vibrant Response is a U.S. Northern Command-sponsored field training exercise for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high-yield explosive consequence management forces designed to improve their ability to respond to catastrophic incidents.
