U.S. Marines assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) prepare to conduct a night operation at Samuel Hill, Shoalwater Bay Training Area, Queensland, Australia, July 25. The 31st MEU is participating in Talisman Saber 2013, a bilateral training exercise that enhances multilateral collaboration between U.S. and Australian forces for future combined operations, humanitarian assistance and natural disaster response.
