YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 15, 2026) — Defense Health Agency Director Vice Adm. Darin K. Via is welcomed by Capt. Donavon YapShing, deputy director of U.S. Naval Hospital Yokosuka, upon his arrival to the facility. Via visited the hospital to engage with leadership and staff, tour clinical spaces, and discuss initiatives that strengthen medical readiness and deliver high-quality healthcare across the Indo-Pacific.
